Systems Integration

Systems Integration or Enterprise application integration (EAI) is the process of linking applications such as Supply Chain Management, CRM, HR, ERP and Business Intelligence together in order to simplify and automate business processes to the greatest extent possible, while at the same time avoiding having to make major changes to the existing applications or data structures.

• Developed automated interfaces between customer focused web based applications and a range of payment systems
• Developed and implemented integration between CRM, logistics and ERP solutions
• Developed data warehousing solutions incorporating automated extraction of data from a range of transaction processing solutions

• Breakdown silos/ islands of information
• Automate business processes – eliminating the requirement for (and associated risks with) rekeying of data
• Eliminate costs from the business through greater automation of business processes
• Facilitate monitoring of business processes from end to end – although they may depend on a number of disparate business applications (use EAI to create an integrated view of the process)
