John Cradock Limited (‘JCL’) (www.johncradock.ie) is a Civil Engineering Contractor, headquartered in Co. Kildare. JCL operates throughout Ireland. Contracts undertaken include:

• Urban Renewals

• Reservoir Construction

• Halting Sites
• Level Crossing Replacements (Irish Rail)

• Works with Bord Na Mona, etc.

John Cradock had a number of business objectives, including:

• Implement a new Quality Management System
• • Implement document management system, to facilitate sharing of documents across head office and site based projects
• Implement improved communications
• Leverage previous investment in Microsoft Office software

John Cradock, working with Torque Management (www.torquemanagement.com) , developed and implemented a Quality Management System, supported by the Nimbus Control Applications.

John Cradock worked with Ciall to finalise the specification for its document management system. Ciall installed and configured SharePoint to provide the required functionality around document management and to integrate SharePoint with the Nimbus Control application. Ciall provided both technical and end user training and has continued to provide third level support post go live.
